Privacy Policy — Bodybuilding Posing Coach AI
What this app is
Bodybuilding Posing Coach AI helps you evaluate and improve bodybuilding posing technique only. It does not evaluate your body, physique, muscularity, attractiveness, or health.
No account
There is no sign-up, sign-in, or account. The app does not require or collect your name, email address, or a user profile. If you contact support by email, your email address and the information you choose to include are processed only to respond to your request.
On-device processing
Camera and gallery media are processed on your device to detect pose and score technique. Photos and video never leave your device and are never uploaded to us, Cloudflare, or Anthropic.
Local storage
History (analyses you save), Progress (derived from your saved analyses), and best-frame images and thumbnails are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes this local data — History, Progress source records, saved images, results, and any saved AI feedback.
The app does not provide its own cloud sync or cross-device restoration of History or Progress. Any device-level backup you enable is controlled by Apple and your device settings.
Free and Pro usage record
To enforce the three included free technique analyses and the Pro daily analysis limit, the app stores a small usage record in the iOS Keychain, on your device only. This record contains only the unique identifiers of analyses already counted, the current Pro day (in UTC), and a version number.
It does not contain photos, videos, pose keypoints, analysis results, your History or Progress, or AI feedback. The app does not synchronize this record and does not send it to our server. It may remain after a normal uninstall and reinstall on the same device, and may be lost after a device reset, a loss of Keychain data, or a change to the app's signing or access group.
AI Coach — what is sent
For an eligible analysis, the app may automatically send a small text-only request to our server (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to Anthropic to generate coaching phrasing. It contains only:
- the pose identifier and pose name (the server uses only the identifier and re-derives the name);
- the deterministic overall score and its text label;
- up to three ranked technique issues (issue code, severity, title, coaching text, technical explanation, drill text);
- a baseline explanation (coaching text, technical explanation, drill text);
- a stability indicator (stable, unstable, or unavailable);
- your app language (English or Russian).
Some of this text describes deterministic measurements of your pose (for example, a symmetry percentage), expressed in words.
What this request does not include
No photo, no video, no body keypoints or skeleton data, and no name, email, account, or free text you typed.
Service protection
To protect the AI Coach from abuse and to keep it available and affordable, the app authorizes each AI request using Apple's App Attest. This lets our server confirm that a request comes from a genuine instance of this app on an Apple device; it is not a guarantee that your app is permanently unmodified, and it is not a device fingerprint or an advertising identifier.
If you are a Pro subscriber, an AI request also includes Apple-signed subscription information so our server can independently confirm an active subscription using Apple's public certificates. This signed information is never sent to Anthropic and is not stored in its raw form; from it we derive only a one-way, app-scoped identifier used to count usage, which cannot be turned back into your Apple Account or transaction.
Our server keeps a small pseudonymous record per app installation to enforce the free and Pro limits and to avoid processing the same request twice: an installation key, the free and daily-Pro counts, a per-request fingerprint (a hash of the request), and the request's outcome. A successful AI response is cached for up to 24 hours so a repeated request returns the same result without another AI call; after that a compact per-request marker is kept for up to 400 days, and one-time request challenges expire within about two minutes. The installation key and the free and daily-Pro counts are kept for as long as the installation's record exists — that retention is what keeps the three lifetime free analyses and the daily Pro limit enforced on this device.
This record contains no photos, video, keypoints, skeleton data, History, Progress, name, email, account, or the coaching text of your request. These counters exist only to protect the cost and availability of the AI Coach; they are not an authoritative count of your scored analyses, and we do not use them to build an advertising or identity profile.
Third parties
Apple processes subscription purchases. Cloudflare and Anthropic process the data they receive under their own terms and privacy policies to provide hosting, infrastructure, and AI-processing services. We do not build an advertising or identity profile of you.
Retention
Data on your device stays until you delete it or the app.
